16 weeks training

Now that the SuperBowl is done (congrats Chiefs!), we can fully focus on reaching our own super bowl in the form of the Alpe d'huez.  On Feburary 17th, we will enter the final stage of the training schedule, which is a 16 week session that should make us fit to climb the Alpe several times. The schedule is a combination of indoor fitness and outdoor activities. In new future posts I intend to share more pictures about the training, to make sure that several friends, colleagues and customers can enjoy my suffering into getting fit :-)
